Personal data processing policy applicable to contacts, customers, prospects, users of Alpha-DMSG

The policy set out below applies to the processing of personal data by Mr. Jean-Louis Girard (hereinafter referred to as the controller).
1 – General provisions
The following provisions concern all processing of personal data carried out by the controller, unless otherwise specified in the specific provisions.
Legal framework – compliance with the RGPD and French law >
The controller declares that he is processing personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the treatment of personal data and the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as the RGPD) and French law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on information technology, files and freedoms (as amended).

The person whose personal data is collected has the right:

Unless otherwise specified in the specific provisions, automated decisions will be made on the basis of the data collected. The specific provisions specify, for each type of treatment concerned, the underlying logic of these automated decisions, as well as the importance and anticipated consequences of such treatments for the person concerned.

The following provisions are specific to each type of personal data processing.

> Managing the relationship with our contacts and prospects
Personal data processed – we process the following personal data:

  • email address,
  • Profession
  • business sector,

Purposes – The processing of personal data is intended to manage the relationship with our contacts and prospects. In particular, communicate to the person concerned information about the news of our Organization, our products and our services.
Legal basis – this processing of personal data is based on the consent of the person concerned (article 6 (1) (a) of the RGPD). The request for data is contractual in nature. The person concerned is not required to provide such data. If the person concerned does not provide the data or withdraws his consent to the processing of data, he will not be able to receive information about the news of our Organization, our products and our services.

Purposes – the processing of personal data is intended to manage the relationship with our customers. In particular, this treatment tends to carry out the pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the person concerned, to execute the contract to which the person concerned is a party, to comply with our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Legal basis – this treatment is necessary for the execution of a contract to which the data subject is a party or for the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the person concerned. It is based on article 6 (1) (b) of the RGPD. The request for data is contractual in nature. The person concerned is obliged to provide such data if it wishes to benefit from our products or services. If the data subject does not provide the information, it will not be able to become a customer, acquire our products or benefit from our services.

> Execution of orders placed on our website
Personal data processed – we process the following personal data:

  • Civility

  • Name

  • business sector,

  • product or service purchased,
  • purchase price,
  • possible surrender,
  • possible promotional offer,
  • date and place of purchase,
  • terms of payment,
  • information about the payment.

Purposes – the processing is intended for the execution of orders placed on our website and in the management of the relationship with our customers.
Legal basis – this treatment is necessary for the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at your request and in the execution of the contract concluded between us. It is based on article 6 (1) (b) of the RGPD. The data request conditions the conclusion of the contract. It has a contractual character. The person concerned is obliged to provide the data. Failing that, it will not be able to place an order on our site.

> Analysis and improvement of our products and services
Personal data processed – we process the following data:

Legal basis – treatment is necessary for the legitimate interests we pursue, namely to improve and optimize products and services. It is based on article 6 (1) (f) of the RGPD. The request for data is contractual in nature. The person concerned may at any time oppose their treatment. If the data subject does not provide the information, it will not be able to become a customer, acquire our products or benefit from our services.

> Using Google Analytics

We do not currently use Google Analytics.

The request for data is contractual in nature. The person concerned is not obliged to provide such data and may at any time oppose their treatment. To prevent the collection of data relating to its use of the site and the processing of such data by Google, the person concerned must follow the indications of Google: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

> Security and prevention of illicit activities

Purposes – the treatment is intended to ensure the safety of our products and services and to prevent illicit activities in connection with our products and services.
Legal basis – This treatment is necessary to comply with the legal obligations to which the controller is subject (article 6 (1) (c) of the RGPD) and it is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests which we are pursuing, consisting of ensuring the safety of our products and services and to prevent illicit activities (article 6 (1) (f) of the RGPD). The data request complies with the applicable laws and regulations. The person concerned is obliged to provide such data if it wishes to benefit from our products and services. If the data subject does not provide the information, it will not be able to become a customer, acquire our products or benefit from our services.
